摘要
研究了纳米La2O3和邻苯二胺修饰过的纳米La2O3添加剂在CC级柴机油中的摩擦学性能。以XRD和元素分析对修饰前后的纳米颗粒进行结构表征,用四球极压抗磨损试验机考察纳米添加剂的抗磨减摩性能,并与空白CD级柴机油作对比。结果表明,纳米La2O3和表面修饰纳米La2O3均能提高CC级柴机油的极压性能,并能优化其抗磨减摩效果。根据SEM和EDS对磨损表面的分析,可以推断纳米颗粒在摩擦过程中可能会与摩擦副反应生成合金,以此提高摩擦表面的抗磨减摩性能。
The tribological properties of nano- La2O3 and o- phenylendiamine modified nano- La2O3 in CC- grade diesel engine oil were studied. XRD and element analysis were used to characterize the structures of nano- La2O3 before and after surface modified. The anti - wear and friction - reducing properties of the nano additives were tested by four - ball tester and compared with blank CD - grade diesel engine oil. The results showed that both nano - La2O3 and surface modified nano - La2O3 could improve the extreme pressure performance of CC -grade diesel engine oil and optimize the anti -wear effect. Ac- cording to the SEM and EDS analysis of worn surface, in the process of friction nanoparticles might generate alloys with friction pairs, which improved the anti - wear and friction - reducing performance of friction surface.
