摘要
以日本掘场EMGA-820型氧氮分析仪为测量仪器,对惰气熔融-红外吸收法测定硫化钐中氧含量的测定结果的不确定度来源进行分析与评定。计算出各分量的不确定度。通过合成得到合成不确定度、扩展不确定度及测试结果的报告形式。结果表明校准时测量变动性对合成标准不确定度的影响最大。为该方法的应用及改进提供了依据。
Taking Japanese HORIBA EMGA-820 Oxygen and Nitrogen analyzer as the measuring instruments,the main sources of uncertainty in determination of oxygen content in SInS with inert gas fusion-infrared absorption method were distinguished. The component of uncertainty,the combined standard uncertainty, the expanded uncertainty and the result report form were deduced and calculated. It indicates that variability of measurements for instrument calibration has the highest influence on the combined standard uncertainty. It provides basis for the application of the method and its improvements.
