摘要
基于喷气涡流纺纱中纤维的形态结构,借助自由端纤维旋转的平均角速度建立纤维平均捻回数的理论体系,研究纤维在纺纱过程中的运动规律.研究结果表明:纤维平均捻回数与纺纱速度、前罗拉钳口与空心锭入口距离、纤维旋转的平均角速度及纱线半径具有良好的相关性;在其他参数不变的情况下,如减小纺纱速度,或增大纤维旋转的平均角速度,或增大前罗拉钳口与空心锭入口距离,或减小纱线半径,则纤维平均捻回数增加.
Based on the fiber formation principle and the average angular velocity of the free-end fiber in air-jet vortex spinning,the theoretical system of the average number of fiber twists is established and the motion of the fiber in the spinning process is analyzed.The results show that the average number of fiber twists is affected by many parameters,such as the spinning speed,the distance from the nip of front roller to the inlet of the hollow spindle,the mean angular velocity of the free-end fiber,and the yarn radius.The average number of fiber twists increases along with only decreasing the spinning speed,or increasing the mean angular velocity,or increasing the distance from the nip of front roller to the inlet of the hollow spindle,or decreasing the yarn radius,with other parameter unaltered.
