摘要
以4,6-二甲基-碘嘧啶和对羧基苯硼酸为原料,通过改进乌尔曼反应,合成2-苯硼酸基-4,6双(4-N,N-二乙基苯乙烯基)嘧啶(L),运用1H NMR、13C NMR、IR以及MS对其组成、结构进行全面表征.应用紫外可见吸收光谱、单双光子荧光光谱,并结合理论计算,系统研究化合物L的光学性质.结果表明:L具有较好的荧光性质和较大的双光子吸收截面.
4 - boronobenzoic acid reacts with 2 - iodo - 4, 6 - dimethylpyrimidine and then 2 -boronobenzoic-4,6-bis(4-N,N-ethylaminostyryl) pyrimidine (L) was efficiently synthesized by improved Ullmann reaction. The structure was characterized by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, IR and MS spectra. The optical properties of L were systematically studied using UV - vis absorption, fluorescence spectra. The spectral properties were explained based on TD-DFT calculations. The results indicated that L exhibited good optical properties and large two -photon absorption cross-section.
