关于台架试验的容积式电喷油耗仪设计(1)

摘要 随着摩托车工业的发展和公共环保意识的提高,国家对摩托车产品经济性和环保性能要求日渐严格,燃油消耗量检验已经纳入了国家对摩托车产品的技术管理内容,测量值的准确性直接关系到车辆能否达标。国家摩托车质量监督检验中心研制了一种容积式台架电喷油耗仪,该装置能够科学准确地测量出车辆在台架上运行时的燃油消耗量,可以一边补给车辆运行所需的燃油,一边能在不影响发动机预运转的前提下实现测量,而且测量精度高、设计结构简单合理、自动化程度高,同时测量过程中的数据也可以根据需要通过控制器绘出油耗曲线显示在显示屏上,极大简化了企业及相关检验机构对检测设备及测试手段的要求。 With the development of motorcycle industry and the improvement of the public's awareness for environmental protection, the government has issued more stringent regulations for the fuel economy and emission level of motorcycles. The fuel consumption detection has been included in the technology management regulation made by the government authorities. The accuracy of the measuring results has direct impact on the qualification of the motorcycle. China National Motorcycle Testing Center has developed a volumetric bench test instrument for the fuel consumption of EFI engine. This instrument can accurately test the fuel consumption without impacting the eliminationrun of the engine. The test can also be conducted during the refueling of motorcycle. It has the advantages of high accuracy, simple and proper structure, and high automatic level etc.. It greatly facilitates and simplifies the testing process.
