摘要
观察扁担杆乙酸乙酯部位的镇痛作用并探讨其镇痛机制.采用化学分离法制备扁担杆乙酸乙酯部位.采用小鼠热刺激疼痛模型和甲醛致痛模型观察其镇痛作用,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测小鼠血清PEG2和MDA的含量以及SOD活性.与对照组比较,低质量分数扁担杆乙酸乙酯部位能明显提高小鼠痛域,低质量分数和中质量分数乙酸乙酯部位可降低甲醛致痛第2时相反应评分值,并能降低血清PEG2和MDA的含量,增强SOD活性.扁担杆乙酸乙酯部位具有一定镇痛作用,镇痛机制可能与降低血清PEG2和MDA的含量,促进NO合成有关.
To study the analgesic effects and its mechanisms of ethyl acetate fraction of Grewiabiloba . The ethyl acetate fraction of Grewia biloba was prepared .The analgesic effects of ethyl acetate fraction of Grewia biloba were observed by formalin test and hotplate test .The content of PEG2 and MDA and the activity of SOD were measured by ELISA .Compared with the control group ,the low concentration of ethyl acetate fraction of Grewia biloba could increase the pain thresholds .The low and medium concentration of ethyl acetate fraction of Grewia biloba inhibited the pain of mice in the formalin test and reduced the content of PEG2 and MDA ,whereas raised the activity of SOD .The ethyl acetate fraction of Grewia biloba showed the analgesic effects ,which might be related to inhibiting PGE2 and MDA ,as well as promoting the release of nitric oxide .
