巴斯刷牙法辅助用牙线和牙间刷对慢性牙周炎的改善情况比较 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察改用巴斯刷牙法并使用牙间刷或牙线作为辅助清洁方法后对慢性牙周炎的改善情况。方法将83例牙周炎患者随机分为四组,组一20例使用牙间刷和巴斯刷牙法,组二20例使用牙间刷和普通刷牙法,组三22例使用牙线和巴斯刷牙法,组四21例使用牙线和普通刷牙法,6周后复诊,检测各组患者的牙周参数,并与治疗前的牙周参数基线进行比较。结果使用牙间刷和牙线后牙菌斑指数(PI)和探诊深度(PD)在组一和组二中下降明显(P<0.05),组三和组四中无明显变化(P>0.05)。使用牙间刷和牙线后,四组的Eastman牙间出血指数(EIBI)和探诊出血(BOP)均出现明显下降(P<0.05)。结论认真使用牙间刷和巴斯刷牙法可明显改善牙周病的治疗。
