南京市区域性流动儿童计划免疫现况及其影响因素

Existing circumstances and influence factors of planned immunization for regional migrant children in Nanjing

目的了解南京市流动儿童计划免疫的现况,分析影响流动儿童计划免疫的主要因素,为制定有效的流动儿童计划免疫管理方法提供依据。方法在南京市大厂各社区登记备案的流动儿童中,随机抽取流动儿童家长或监护人进行问卷调查。结果有效调查的345样本中,按时进行预防接种的儿童有171名,占49.57%;多因素非条件logistic回归结果显示,流动儿童父亲文化程度、家庭在南京居住时间、是否愿意在现在接种点接种疫苗、父母或监护人的计免知识知晓状况是影响流动儿童预防接种的主要因素。结论需加大流动儿童免疫宣传力度,提高家长对计免知识的掌握程度。

Objective To learn the existing circumstances and analyze the influence factors of planned immunization for migrant children in Nanjing, and to provide reference for drafting effective measures to manage the planned immunization for the migrant children. Methods Registered migrant children in Dachang communities were selected and questionnaires were administered to the parents or guardians. Results Of the total 345 valid samples, 171 children vaccinated timely ,accounted for 49. 57%; according to the unconditional Logistic regression results with multiple factors, the education level of migrant children＇s father, length of residence in Nanjing, willingness to be vaccinated in the present vaccination clinics and parents or guardians＇ knowledge about planned immunization are the main factors influenced the planned immunization for migrant children. Conclusion Publicity force on planned immunization should be strengthened for migrant children so as to improve parent＇s knowledge on Expanded Planned Immunization.
