摘要
目的运用TOPSIS法评价2007-2012年扬州市餐饮服务监管的效果,为制定合理的监管方案提供依据。方法收集国家相关报表中数据,运用TOPSIS法对2007-2012年扬州市餐饮服务监管效果进行综合评价和分析。结果 2007年、2008年餐饮服务监管效果较好,2010年效果较差;经平稳过渡后,2011年、2012年监管效果逐步回升。结论 2007-2012年扬州市餐饮服务监管总体监督效果有波动,综合评价结果与实际工作较符合。TOPSIS法分析结果合理,方法简单,在日后卫生监管评价过程中可推广使用。
Objective To assess health inspection effects of catering service with TOPSIS analysis in Yangzhou from 2007to2012,so as to improve the quality of health inspection of catering service and provide a reliable basis for the regulatory policies.Methods Using data from the national unity reports,the health inspection effects of catering service in Yangzhou from 2007to2012 were evaluated by using TOPSIS.Results The health inspection effects in 2007 and 2008were better,and the effect in2010 was the worst.After a smooth transition,the health inspection effect in 2011 and 2012had a steady rise.ConclusionThe overall health inspection effects of catering service was uneven from 2007 to 2012,and comprehensive evaluation results consisted with the actual work.TOPSIS methods was recommended for a widely use as it can simple calculation and rational analysis.
