胃肠癌患者“形”与“神”不同内涵的初步分析

Preliminary Analysis of Physique and Spirit of Patients with Gastrointestinal Cancer

目的：通过对胃肠癌不同阶段疾病及症状变化特点的分析,研究恶性肿瘤患者形与神的特殊内涵。方法：回顾性收集在辽宁中医药大学附属医院肿瘤科住院的的以胃癌、肠癌为第一诊断的患者。首先对胃肠癌患者所有诊断和治疗相关情况进行汇总,分析在不同疾病阶段形与神的状况。结果：收集胃肠癌病例437例,胃癌256例,结肠癌94例,直肠癌87例。胃正常结构的损伤包括手术后的胃肠结构缺损、肝转移手术切除对肝脏的创伤、梗阻后的胃肠造瘘以及肿瘤局造成的胃肠道、泌尿道的梗阻,所有患者以PS为2~3分者占比例最大。症状包括消化系统、呼吸系统、泌尿生殖系统、循环系统等症状,以消化系统症状为主,全身其他系统症状均有出现。胃肠癌患者的形伤总频数为791次,神伤的情况则较形更为严重,共1081次。结论：胃肠癌患者的形包括肿瘤和手术及放化疗后对正常脏器造成的损伤,神包括各系统在疾病过程中出现的症状,包括生理性和病理性两方面,恶性肿瘤对患者神的损伤比形更为严重。

Objective：Through analyzing diseases and symptoms in different stages of gastrointestinal cancer, studying connota- tions of gastrointestinal cancer in different stages. Methods ： We retrospectively collected the patients of gastrointestinal cancer in Department of ontology of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM. Firstly, the data related to diagnosis and treatment was collected, and analyzed physique and spirit in different stages. Results：437 cases of gastric cancer were collected,256 cases of gastric cancer,94 cases of colon cancer,rectal cancer in 87 cases. Gastric damages in structures including operations,obstruction of gastrointestinal fistula and local tumor caused by gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract obstruction. All patients with PS 2 - 3 were the largest proportion. Symptoms included digestive system, respiratory system, genitourinary system, circulatory system and other symptoms, the digestive system symptoms, systemic symptoms appear. Total frequencies of the physique wound of patients with gastrointestinal cancer are 791 times, the spirit wound is more serious, a total of 1081 times. Conclusion：The physique of the pa- tients with gastrointestinal cancer includes the tumors and operation and injury after chemotherapy, the spirit includes the disease symptoms, physiological and pathological injury, spirit is damaged more serious than physique.
