试析精神萎靡状态病因

Analysis on Etiology of Sluggishness State

随着当今社会整体生活节奏的加快,人们的工作压力也随之增加,但是人的精力在这种长期高压生活之下逐渐消耗,形成许多慢性疾病,如失眠、头痛等。文章基于齐向华教授提出的五种心理紊乱状态,从病因学角度解读其中精神萎靡状态的发病原因,以求对人们的健康生活有益指导。

People＇s pressure in work is increasing and their energy is consuming gradually with the speeding up of the pace of life as a whole. And then it has formed many chronic diseases such as insomnia, headaches, etc. This article discussed the etiolo- gy of the state of sluggishness based on five kinds of psychological state of disorder which was put forward by Professor QI Xiang- hua from the perspective of etiology in order to be benefit the people＇s health life.
