丹红注射液对不稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效及QTed的影响

Curative Effect of Danhong Injection in Patients with Unstable Angina and Its Influence on Qted

目的:观察丹红注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对Qted的影响。方法:选取92例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为丹红治疗组和常规治疗组,每组46例。观察两组患者临床症状改善情况,并记录患者心电图QTed的变化,进行疗效评定。结果:丹红治疗组总有效率为95.7%,常规治疗组为74.2%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛有效,提高患者生活质量。

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of Danhong Injection on unstable angina and its influence on Qted. Meth- ods ：92 cases of patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and routine group, 46 cases in each group. Two groups＇ clinical symptoms were observed and the changes of electrocardiogram QTed patients were recorded. We as- sessed the efficacy. Results：Danhong Injection treatment group＇s total effective rate was 95.7% and the routine group＇s was 74.2% and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：Danhong Injection in the treatment of unstable angina has effective good and can improve patients＇ quality of life.
