降糖康肾汤联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期临床研究

Clinical Research on Curative Effect of Jiangtang Kangshen Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy at Stage Ⅳ

目的:观察降糖康肾汤结合西药治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期的临床疗效。方法:78例糖尿病肾病IV期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,加用降糖康肾汤治疗,两组病例均于治疗3个月、6个月后进行各指标的检测和对比分析。结果:治疗组总有效率92.3%,对照组总有效率76.9%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗3、6个月后24 h尿蛋白定量、血β2-MG、BUN、Scr、空腹血糖、血脂均有改善,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:降糖康肾汤结合西药治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期疗效明显优于单纯西医方案。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of fiangtang Katrgshen Decoction combined with western medicine in trea- ting diabetic nephropathy at stage IV. Methods ： Seventy eight patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated with routine treatment of western medicine. The treatment group was treated with routine treatment of western medicine plus flangtang Kangshen Decoction. Comparison and analysis about each index was tested in two groups after three and six months treatment. Results ：The total effect rate was 92.3% in the treatment group and 76.9% in the control group. The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The 24 -hour urine protein, blood 132 -MG, BUN, Scr, fasting blood glucose and blood lipid were improved after three and six months treatment in both groups, but the treatment group was superior to the control group （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion ： The curative effect of Jiangtang Kangshen Decoction combined with western medicine to treat diabetic nephropathy at stage IV is superior to western medicine.
