复合造模因素诱导脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠胃肠功能的改变 被引量:22

摘要 目的: 研究脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠在胃肠功能方面的改变。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为空白对照组和模型组,每组20只。空白对照组大鼠给予纯化饲料喂养;模型组大鼠给予高脂低蛋白饲料喂养,同时负重力竭游泳,连续喂养60 d。观察大鼠的一般状况,检测大鼠血清淀粉酶含量,血清胃泌素含量及尿D-木糖的排泄率。结果:与空白对照组相对比,模型组大鼠血清淀粉酶含量,血清胃泌素含量及尿D-木糖的排泄率均有降低的趋势(P<0.05),具有显著性差异。结论: 脾虚水湿不化模型大鼠会出现胃肠功能的减退。 Objective:To explore changes in gastrointestinal functions of rat model with dampness stagnancy due to spleen defi- ciency. Methods :40 rats were divided into the control group and model group,20 in each. Rats in control group were given purifi- cation feed while rats in model group were given high - fat and low - protein feed, and daily loaded swimming until exhausted for totally 60 days. We observed rats' conditions and test serum amylase content,serum gastrin levels and excretion rate of D -xylose in urine. Results : Compared with the control group, serum amylase content, serum gastrin levels and excretion rate of D - xylose in urine of rats in model group tended to decrease with significant differences( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion:Rat model with dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency has gastrointestinal hypofunction.
