用4种不同浓度的秋水仙素及3种不同处理时间处理田两优4号种子进行多倍体诱导。结果表明:秋水仙素对杂交水稻种子的发芽率及胚芽的生长有抑制作用,但有助于稻穗的伸长;植株高度升高;每穗实粒数与总粒数减少;千粒重增加,结实率下降。胚芽的长度随处理时间增加而变短;穗长与处理时间的关系呈现先降低后升高的趋势;穗长随着处理浓度的增加而增大。
