《云南省建筑工程结构实体检测技术规程》(DBJ53/T-50-2013)的探讨

为提高云南省建筑结构工程施工质量,加强建筑结构工程实体质量检测工作的管理,云南省关于建筑结构实体检测的第一本地方性标准《云南省建筑工程结构实体检测技术规程》(DBJ53/T-50-2013)自2014年1月1日起正式开始实施。其内容主要包括现浇混凝土结构、砌体结构、钢结构的实体质量检测;其次还包括实体检测的相关程序,实体检测中遇到相关问题时的处理方式及一些相关的原则性规定和符号术语的解释。该标准的颁布和实施为云南省建筑结构实体检测的技术方法及检测评价结果提供了相应的依据,也对规范云南省的建筑工程质量起到了一定作用。论文结合自该规范实施至今的相关工程经验及建筑结构检测的相关规范,对该标准中的某些条文及规定进行探讨,以促进本省及地区的实体质量检测发展。

To improve the structural construction quality in Yunnan province, strengthen the quality inspection management of structural entity construction, in Yunnan province, the first local standard of construction engineering structural entity detection ＂Technical Specification for Construction Engineering Structural Entity Detection of Yunnan Province＂ DBJ53/T-50-2013 had formally implemented since January 1, 2014. Its content mainly includes the entity quality inspection of cast inplace reinforced concrete structure and masonry structure, steel structure; It also includes related procedures of entity detection, the method of related problems in entity detection processing and some related principle rules, the interpretation of some symbols and terms. The promulgation and implementation of the standard not only provides the basis for technique of native construction structural entity detection and testing evaluation result, but also play a role in standardizing the native construction quality The paper combine the latest engineering experience and related regulations of structure detection since the standard has been implemented for months, discussing some rules and regulations of the standard, to promote the development of native construction structural entity quality testing.
