摘要
针对内螺纹与外螺纹接触面积过小造成在荷载尚未达到规定值时钢筋从套筒中拔出现象,从3个方面分析接触面积过小原因,提出相应钢筋剥肋滚轧直螺纹连接质量监督措施,消除施工中存在质量与安全隐患,确保钢筋剥肋滚轧直螺纹连接质量。
For the case of bar pull out from sleeve which is caused by contact area between internal thread and external thread is too small when the load not arrive the prescribed load value, The author analyzed the reasons of too small contact area from three aspects, proposed appropriate quality supervision countermeasure of the parallel threaded coupling for splicing rebar with rib stripped before rolling of threads, eliminates the quality and safety problems in construction, ensures quality of the parallel threaded coupling for splicing rebar with rib stripped before rolling of threads.
