细菌生物膜制备及其检测方法的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年有关细菌生物膜(BBF)相关的感染在临床日益多见,与此同时,与细菌生物膜相关的基础性研究亦是近年对细菌方面研究的热点,现就近年关于细菌生物膜的制备装置、方法及检测量化技术作以介绍,并对其原理和优缺点进行了比较和讨论,以其为生物膜的体外研究提供借鉴。早在几个世纪之前,科学家们就观察到细菌可在固体表面形成膜状结构,但对细菌生物膜的形成及相关研究只在近30年才有了重大突破,对细菌生物膜的概念有了明确的定义,对其组成、结构、形成过程等有了更加精确的认识。
