摘要
开展脉宽为10 ns、波长为0.53μm 的脉冲激光辐照可见光面阵 CCD 的实验研究,测量了 CCD 从像元饱和、饱和串音到硬损伤的激光能量阈值。实验结果表明:像元饱和阈值为2.88~65.3μJ/cm2;饱和串音阈值为1.52×102~1.64×104μJ/cm2;CCD 点损伤阈值为5.18×104μJ/cm2,点损伤原因是激光对 CCD 表面的热熔融作用。
Experimental study on 0.53 μm pulse laser(10 ns pulse width)irradiating visible light array CCD is car-ried out.The laser energy thresholds of CCD were measured from the CCD saturation,crosstalk to hard damage.The experimental results show that the saturation threshold is 2.88 ~65.3 μJ/cm2;the crosstalk threshold is 1.52 ×102 ~1.64 ×104 μJ/cm2;the point damage threshold is 5.18 ×104 μJ/cm2;the reason of point damage is heat melting of laser on the CCD surface.
