摘要
预应力连续箱梁是河北省高速公路大跨径桥梁常采用的一种结构形式,随着运营时间的增长和荷载量的增大,梁底的裂缝病害问题比较突出。基于某预应力连续箱梁梁底弯曲裂缝病害的成因,确定裂缝类型,并提出针对该类型工况的加固方案。同时,采用Midas有限元数值仿真模拟软件,对子牙新河特大桥加固前后桥梁进行了分析计算,为今后的同类桥梁的加固提供理论依据和现场依据。
Prestressed concrete continuous box girder is a kind of structure form often used in expressway long-span bridge in Hebei province. With the increase of operation time and the growth of loading, crack issues in beam bottom become more prominent. The article analyzes the fracture types according to the causes of prestressed continuous box girder beam bottom bending cracks, and puts forward the reinforce- ment plan aiming at these type of conditions. In addition, the article uses Midas software(finite element nu- merical simulation software) to make bridge analysis and calculation for Ziya New River Bridge before strengthening and after strengthening respectively and provides a theoretical and practical basis for the similar bridge reinforcement in future.
