Tei指数在妊娠期高血压疾病胎儿心脏功能检测中的价值

Value of Tei index in the detection of fetus cardiac function under hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy

目的 利用心肌做功指数（Tei指数）监测孕晚期妊娠期高血压疾病（HDCP）对胎儿心脏功能的影响。方法 孕晚期发现患有妊娠期高血压疾病的产妇40例（HDCP组）,同时选取正常胎儿40例（正常胎儿组）,在28~32周、33~37周、37周以上3个孕周时段多次测量胎儿左、右心室Tei指数,进行统计学分析。结果 HDCP组胎儿左、右心室Tei指数与正常胎儿组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 Tei指数在孕晚期妊娠期高血压疾病对胎儿心脏功能影响的检测中有较大价值。

Objective To influence of applying total ejection isovolume index （Tei index） in the detection of fetus cardiac function under third trimester of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy （HDCP）. Methods A total of 40 cases of HDCP （HDCP group） and 40 cases with normal fetuses （normal fetuses group） were selected. The Tei indexes of ventriculus sinister and ventriculus dexter were detected in 28th to 32th weeks, 33th to 37th weeks, and 37th week, and the results were made for statistical analysis. Results The differences of Tei indexes of ventriculus sinister and ventriculus dexter of HDCP group, compared with normal fetuses group, were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tei index is valuable in the detection of fetus cardiac function under third trimester of HDCP.
