不同给药途径对盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿哮喘的疗效影响分析

Curative effect analysis of different administrations of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric asthma

目的研究盐酸氨溴索不同给药途径治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法哮喘患儿98例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组49例。在基本治疗的基础上,分别给予口服盐酸氨溴索治疗和盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,观察并对比两组患儿的临床疗效。结果实验组的总有效率为91.8%,明显高于对照组的73.5%(P<0.05),且实验组的各种症状消失时间也明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入在治疗小儿哮喘时,其临床疗效明显优于口服给药,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride through different administrations in the treatment of pediatric asthma. Methods A total of 98 cases with asthma were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, and each group contained 49 people. On the basic of conventional treatment, the control group was given ambroxol hydrochloride through oral administration, and the experimental group was treated by ambroxol hydrochloride through atomizing inhalation. Observation and comparison were made on the clinical effects of the two groups. Results The total effect rate of the experimental group was 91.8%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 73.5% （P〈0.05）. The symptoms disappear time of the experiment group was shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric asthma has better clinical effect than oral administration, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
