和谐大功率机车运用段设计研究

随着重载铁路的发展和运量的提高,和谐大功率机车已成为牵引动力的主力军。配套和谐大功率机车运用整备保养设施,是提升大功率机车运用效率和运用质量的可靠保障。结合重载铁路巴准线和谐大功率机车运用段设计,阐述和谐大功率机车运用段总平面布置、检修修程及车库组合、以及检修库检修台位外部条件设置应考虑的问题,分析研究配备的整备设备,信息化管理系统应具备的功能,确保和谐型机车集成化、模块化、信息化技术整备需要。这对于和谐机车运用段的设计,以及既有整备配套改造设计具有指导意义。

With the improvement of heavy haul railway and volume increasing,the HXD high-power locomotive has become the main force of all locomotives.And the maintenance facilities are the reliable guarantee of the locomotive’s operation.In combination with Bazhun heavy haul railway design,this paper mainly tells us the general arrangement,repair program, garage combination and the external arrangement of the locomotive running vehicle depot.Through the analysis of the main-tenance workshop equipment and the function of the information management system,it get what the maintenance needs is the integration,modularization and information.This paper also has guiding significance for the design of the running depot and the renovation project of the maintenance workshop.
