高等学校固定资产投资项目的管理模式研究

Management Model of University Fixed Assets Investment Projects

近年来,我国高等学校固定资产投资取得了较好的效果,推进了我国高等教育事业的发展,然而也存在重复建设、前期论证不充分和建设进度和质量得不到有效保证等问题。本文针对存在的问题,结合作者在高校项目管理工作中的经验,分析了问题产生的原因,提出必须改变以往的职能管理模式,采用项目组模式对高校固定资产投资项目进行管理,以提高投资效益。

In recent years, China＇ s university fixed assets investment has made great achievements, which promotes China＇ s high education development. Problems inevitably come up in the process, such as repeated construction, insufficient assessment in preparing phase, and inadequate guarantee to construction schedule and quality. On the basis of the authors＇ working experience in university project management, this paper analyses the causes of these problems, and puts forward measures including, changing previous project management model and adopting project group model to enhance the benefits of fixed assets investment.
