莱钢150t脱磷炉顶底复吹冶金效果分析

摘要 莱钢型钢炼钢厂150 t脱磷炉采用顶底复吹冶炼技术,底吹系统应用LD-KGC弱搅拌供气系统,环缝式底吹供气元件,氮气和氩气为底吹搅拌气体。试验表明,与厂内其他三座120 t顶底复吹转炉相比,其冶炼终点的碳氧积降低明显(平均值为0.0021))、渣中的TFe含量明显下降,钢水残锰量提高,合金和脱氧剂的消耗也相应减少。同时具有吹炼平稳、冶炼时间短、可生产超低碳钢种和低磷钢等特点。 The top-bottom combined blowing technology is used in 150t dephosphorization furnace in the steelmaking plant of Yinshan Section Steel Company of Laigang, LD-KGC weak mixing air supply system was applied in bottom blowing system, with ring-joint type bottom blowing elements and taking nitrogen and argon as the bottom-blowing stirring gas. The experiments showed that, compared with the other three 120t top-bottom combined blowing converters in the plant, its carbon-oxygen equilibrium at the smelting end-point was decreased obviously (average value of 0. 0021 ) ,the amount of TFe in slag was decreased significantly, the amount of residual manganese in liquid steel was increased, furthermore, the consmnp- tion of alloy and deoxidizing agent was reduced. At the same time, this technology also has the character- istics of stable converting and short smelting time, and can realize the production of low-carbon steels and low-phosphorus steels.
