氟硅酸钾沉淀碱滴定法测定锆铁合金中硅

摘要 试样以硝酸、氢氟酸溶解后,硅转化为硅氟酸,在强酸性溶液中加入过量钾盐,使其生成氟硅酸钾沉淀,经过滤洗涤净游离酸后,用沸水溶解氟硅酸钾沉淀,游离出的氢氟酸,以溴麝香草酚蓝为指示剂,用氢氧化钠标准溶液滴定游离出的氢氟酸,从而测得硅含量,结果准确。 The sample was dissolved by nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, and silicon was transformed into silicon fluoride, then in fluosilicate precipitation, the potassium fluosilicate tion of sodium hydroxide termined, and the result the strong acid solution, excess potassium was added to generate the potassium and after filtering and washing free acid, the boiling water was used to dissolve precipitation, now taking bromothymol blue as an indicator, the standard soluwas used to titrate the free hydrofluoric acid, thus the content of silicon was de- was accurate.
