摘要
根据《防止电力生产重大事故的二十五项重点要求》及《大唐集团提高热工保护及自动装置可靠性指导意见》等相关内容中的重要保护、联动信号要通过"三取二"或对单点信号增加判据改为"二取二"逻辑来提高可靠性的要求,对实际生产现场很难通过增加测点方式来实现此要求的过程量,尝试采用一些相关联的过程量作为证实信号,并通过这些相关信号量的内在联系,设置适当参考报警值后加入判断逻辑中,在不增加测点及设备的情况下提高了保护、联动的可靠性,为生产现场一些无条件增加测点数量的控制量提高动作可靠性提供了一种便捷的解决方法。
In this paper,according to"25 Requirements for Prevention of Major Power Production Accidents" and "Guidance on Improving Thermal Control Protection and Automatic Device Reliability for China Datang Corporation",key protections and interaction signals shall be determined through "two out of three" or " two out of two" logics to improve their reliabilities.However,it is difficult for the process variables to meet the requirements by adding measurement spots on site.As a result,some correlated process variables are attempted as the signals for verification.Through the internal relationship between these signals,appropriate alarm value set for reference is added to the logics.Without any extra measuring spots or equipment,the reliabilities of protection and interaction are improved.This method is proved to be a convenient way to improve the protection reliabilities for the sites where no more measuring spots can be added.
