摘要
介绍了铁素体和奥氏体不锈钢的EAF、AOD、KOBM、VOD、LF工艺特点及控制过程,分析了典型钢种的控氮工艺技术过程及操作难点和要点,并对进一步提升控氮水平提出技术设计思路。
This paper introduces ferritic and austenitic stainless steel EAF, AOD, KOBM, VOD and LF process characteristics and control process. It analyzes nitrogen control technology process of typical steel and difficulties and points in operation. It also proposes technical design ideas for further enhancing the level of nitrogen control.
