To meet the dimensional tolerances, corrosion resistance, cleanliness requirements of stainless steel seamless pipe for the locomotive air brake system, the chemical composition is re-designed, the process of hot extrusion, cold deformation and heat treatment are optimized, the surface cleanliness is controlled.
