大型高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿使用小粒度烧结矿的实践 被引量:1

摘要 攀钢根据自身原料、工艺及装备条件,参考国内外厂家使用小粒度烧结矿的经验,开发出小粒度烧结矿(返矿中+3 mm)入炉的技术。应用实践表明:通过调整操作制度,高炉运行良好,优化了钒钛磁铁矿炉料结构,提高煤气利用率1%左右,降低焦比9 kg/t,降低沟下返矿率2%,大大降低了生铁成本;同时为稳定操作炉型和保护炉体冷却设备创造了良好条件。 The practice of smelting vanadium titano-magnetite with small-sized sinter is discussed in this paper. With PG's existing materials, skills and conditions, the practice indicates that by optimizing the operating system, large blast furnaces functiones better and the structure of vanadium titano-magnetite sinter has been optimized, bringing a 3 percent raise of utilization, a 25~30 kg/t coke reduction and a 5 percent drop of centgroove recycle rate. In this way, the cost of pig iron is significantly reduced and at the same time, good conditions for the stable operation and protection of cooling equipment are created.
