摘要
对高炉休风53 h后发生悬料、后期炉况出现难行问题和出现顽固悬料的事故进行了分析。认为采取堵风口、改装料制度、加循环净焦等措施,有利于炉况的恢复。
There appears hang-ups after 53 h of damping down. This paper analyzes tough problems of furnace condition and even stubborn hang-ups accident. It proposes hlocking vents, modified feed system, net coke circulating and other measures, which are conducive to recovery furnace conditions.
