The Development and Application of Green Pellet Roller Screens Material Removal Machine on the Pellet Production Line

在长时间生产实践中摸索、试验,研制了一种生球辊筛气力自动清料器。其结构简单、配置合理、运行可靠、维护方便、故障率低、能耗小,并实现了自动连续作业。投用后下辊筛的筛分效果显著改善,进入链箅机的生球光洁无粉,提高了链箅机上生球料层透气性,有利于提高球团矿质量、产量,也大幅度地降低了岗位工人劳动强度。

A Green pellet roller screens material removal machine is developed via exploration and tests in the long-term production practice. This machine, which has a simple structure and a reasonable configuration, has many advantages such as reliable operation, easy maintenance, low failure rate, low energy consumption, automatic continuous operation and so on. In practical application the roller screens has a significant screening effect, and is leading to the bright and clean green pellets without powder.It improves the breathability of the green pellets layer in the grate and is beneficial to improve the quality and yield of pellets, also greatly reduces the post worker＇s labor intensity.
