HPLC法测定生发胶囊中二苯乙烯苷的含量

Determination of 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Shengfa capsule by HPLC Method

目的：建立生发胶囊中二苯乙烯苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,Shim Pack CLC ODS C18柱（150 mm＆#215;4.6 mm,5μm）,乙腈-水（17：83）为流动相,检测波长320 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,色谱柱温度30℃。结果二苯乙烯苷在5.42－54.2 mg·L-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998（n=6）。平均回收率为97.93%,RSD为1.23%。结论该法准确可靠,可用于生发胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Shengfa cap-sules. Methods HPLC method was used in the quantitative analysis using a Shim Pack CLC ODS C18 column （150 mm＆#237;4. 6 mm,5μm）. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（17：83） and detecting wavelength was 320 nm. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The calibration curve had good linear relationship in the range of 5. 42~54. 2 mg- L-1 for 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene 2-O-β-D-glucoside （r =0. 999 8,n =6）. The average recovery was 97. 93% and RSD was 1. 23%. Conclusions This method was accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Shengfa capsules.
