摘要
通过对健康人和食管癌患者的血浆进行光谱检测,得到紫外吸收光谱,使用origin软件进行拟合处理,发现这两类血浆在282 nm,272 nm,254 nm处峰面积的比值有明显的不同,这些差异可以为探讨癌变机理以及为医生快速诊断食管癌提供新思路.
The absorption spectrum plasma of healthy people and patients with esophageal cancer was ob tained by spectral photometer. Fitting these data in origin software, significant difference was found in ratio of peak area at 282 nm, 272 nm and 254 nm of the malignant plasma and the healthy plasma. It was important for doctors to diagnose patients with esophageal cancer quickly and discover the cause of cancer.
