摘要 使用一种基于DNA sub-tile的自组装策略,通过模块化的方式灵活构建多种刚性DNA tile,同时利用DNA tile的对称性,创建多种有限尺寸,空间可寻址的纳米网格结构,并阐述其可能在癌症治疗中作为小分子纳米药物颗粒运载工具,实现定向给药的潜在应用. DNA self-assemble strategy based on a special DNA sub-tile was used, and a variety of rigid DNA tiles was created by the modular way. At the same time, a variety of limited and addressable nanomesh structure was created with the symmetry of DNA tiles. The small molecular nano particles could be used as drug carriers in the treatment of cancer, and the potential application of directional drug delivery might be possible
