基于大样地双重抽样方法的广东省森林资源监测研究

Forest Resources Monitoring Based on Double Sampling with Large Plot in Guangdong

以广东省森林资源清查为例,采用大样地双重抽样调查方法开展森林资源监测研究,探索森林资源监测的新途径与协同不同森林资源数据的新方法。研究结果表明:基于大样地双重抽样调查方法产出的广东省林地、森林、有林地和乔木林等主要森林资源数据具有较强的可靠性,抽样精度均达95%以上,是一种切实可行的森林资源监测方法;该方法相比一类清查,调查样地数量大为减少,抗人为干扰能力增强,提高了遥感数据的应用效率和资源变化的动态监测能力,不失为森林资源年度监测的新方法。

In this paper,the forest resources monitoring in Guangdong province was studied based on double sampling with large plot,which was to present a new method for forest resources monitoring and coordinate con-tinuous forest inventory （CFI）with forest management inventory （FMI）.The results showed that the areaesti-mates of forestry land,forestedland,forest and arbor forest based on double sampling with large plot were very reliable,the sampling precisionsof the estimates were up to 95%,which indicated the method for resources mo-nitoring was feasible. Compared with CFI,the number of sample plotswas greatly reduced,the capability for preventing human disturbance was enhanced,the ability of forest resources dynamic monitoring and the applica-tion efficiency of remote sensing data wereraised,which demonstrated it could be a new method for annualforest resources monitoring.
