舒适护理模式在老年患者结肠镜检查中的应用观察

The application observation of old age patient in colonoscopy by comfortable nursing mode

目的:探讨舒适护理模式在老年患者结肠镜检查应用效果。方法:分析进行结肠镜检查老年患者200例临床资料,依据护理措施不同进行临床分组,普通护理组100例和舒适护理组100例。结果:舒适护理组结肠镜检查老年患者疼痛评分和肠镜前端到达回盲部时间均优于普通护理组,舒适护理组结肠镜检查老年患者自我效能评分均优于普通护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理模式在老年患者结肠镜检查应用后可以明显提高患者的自我效能,降低了患者的疼痛感,提高了检查效率。

Objective To approach application result of old age patient in colonoscopy by comfortable nursing mode. Method To ana-lyze 200 cases clinical data of old age patient in colonoscopy which was to be divided into two groups,regular nursing group 100 cases and comfortable nursing group 100 cases. Results The old age patients with pain scores and colonoscopy front-end to blind the time back of comfortable nursing group were better than comfortable nursing group,the Self-efficacy scores of comfortable nursing group were better than comfortable nursing group,the difference were statistical significance（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion Elderly patients after colonoscopy appli-cation can significantly improve the patient＆#39;s self-efficacy by comfortable nursing mode,reduce the patient＆#39;s pain,improve the efficiency of the inspection.
