助产士到ICU进行急救技能培训的成效分析

Analysis of the Results that Midwives Accept First-Aid Skill Training in ICU

目的:探讨助产士到ICU进行急救技能培训的成效。方法:产房所有助产士轮流到ICU进行2周的急救技能培训。根据助产士的培训需求制定培训计划,吸痰、动脉血气分析、中心静脉压测定为本次培训的重点项目。培训结束前由ICU老师组织操作考核,结束后完成一份总结。结果:问卷调查显示,92.3%的助产士认为ICU培训对提高自身的急救技能非常有帮助。培训后助产士的急救技能操作考核成绩较培训前有明显的提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结果表明,助产士到ICU进行急救技能培训,是一种成效显著,简单易行的急救技能培训方式。

Objective To discuss the result that midwives accept first-aid skill training in ICU. Method All midwives of the delivery room accepted 2 weeks first-aid skill training in ICU in turns. The training program was prepared according to requirements of midwives training. This training focused on sputum suction,arterial blood gas analysis and CVP measure. ICU teachers organize an operation assess-ment before completion of training and make a summary upon completion. Results The questionnaire investigation showed that 92. 3% mid-wives consider that the ICU training was very helpful for promoting their first-aid skills. The result of assessment to first-aid skills and operation of trained midwives was remarkably improved over that before training,the difference had statistical significance（ P ﹤0. 05 ） . Conclusion It is an effective and easy mode of first-aid skill training that midwives accept it in ICU.
