分层全责任护理在神经内科应用效果评价

Hierarchical full responsibility nursing in neurology application effect evaluation

目的:分析神经内科应用分层全责任护理的效果。方法:收集神经内科实施分层全责任护理前、后的相关资料,探讨其应用效果。结果:实施后,护理成绩考核及护理满意度均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在神经内科中实行分层全责任护理模式,有利于改善护理人员服务质量,提高满意度,值得推广。

Objective To analysis of neurology application layer full responsibility nursing effect.Methods To collect neurology of hierarchical full responsibility nursing before and after implementation related information,discusses its application effect.Results After implementation,the nursing performance evaluation and nursing satisfaction were better than that of before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In neurology in layered full responsibility nursing mode,is beneficial to improve the quality of nursing service,increase satisfaction,is worth promoting.
