摘要
采用SBBR反应器处理某味精企业调节池废水,通过改变水中的C/N比研究该工艺在脱碳除氮方面的性能。结果表明,C/N比对CODCr、NH3-N和TN的去除都存在一定影响,并且该反应器有着较强的抗有机污染物冲击和硝化反硝化能力。从整体脱碳除氮效果考虑,最终确定最佳C/N比在7.0~10.0。通过长时间运行发现,该反应器表现出了较好的脱碳除氮能力。
Sequencing batch bio-film reactor ( SBBR ) was used to treat the comprehensive wastewater of a monosodium glutamate factory. Nitrogen and Carbon removal is researched by changing the water C/N ratio. The results showed that C/N ratio have certain influence on CODCr、NH3-N and TN removal. And SBBR reac-tor can resist organic pollutants shock and nitrification and denitrification. Considering SBBR decarburization and nitrogen removal, the C / N ratio should be between 7. 0~10. 0. The reactor showed a better carbon and nitrogen removal through long-running results.
