不连续双斜向内肋管换热器换热性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 不连续双斜向内肋管是一种新型强化换热管,采用数值模拟的方法对管内的流动情况进行分析,流体在管内形成了强烈的涡流,且主要出现在壁面附近;设计开发了一种可制造该强化换热管的模具,利用该模具生产的不连续双斜向内肋管制造了一台小型换热器,与同规格的光管换热器进行对比实验,研究表明不连续双斜向内肋管换热器的传热系数和热效率较光管换热器要高,具有优良的强化换热性能,在换热器行业具有广阔的应用前景。 Discrete double-inclined ribs (DDIR) tube is a new kind of enhanced heat transfer tube. The tube internal fluid is analyzed by numerical simulation. The analyses indicate that intensive vortices form in DDIR tube and occur mainly in the near-wall region. A type of mould has been designed for solving the machining problem of DDIR tube. A compact heat exchanger is manufactured by DDIR tubes which produced by this mould. And comparative experiments of DDIR and smooth tube heat exchangers are conducted. The experiments show that the heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency of DDIR tube heat exchanger are both higher than the smooth tube one. The studies show that the enhanced heat transfer tube has excellent performance and broad application in heat exchangers.
