摘要
随着工业控制的发展,由单一现场总线构成的FCS系统已经难以满足现代工厂车间的生产要求。在这种情况下,罗克韦尔自动化(AB)公司提出了先进的NetLinx开放式自动控制网络体系。本论文研究了罗克韦尔自动化的NetLinx三层网络架构,并结合某钢铁企业焦化厂8#、9#焦炉配煤工程,介绍了该工程电气控制系统的硬件布局和软件配置,系统地分析了AB工业控制系统通讯网络的在工程中应用。
With the development of industry control system, composed of a single field bus FCS system has been difficult to satisfy the requirement of the modern factory workshop production. In this case, the rockwell automation company advanced NetLinx open automatic control network system. This paper studied the Rock- well Automation's NetLinx three -layer network architecture, and combined with a steel enterprise coking plant 8#、9# coke oven with coal blending project, introduces the hardware layout and software configuration of the electrical control system in coal blending project, systematically analyzes the AB industrial control sys- tem communication network in engineering applications.
