摘要
根据应用型本科院校的实际情况,从最优化理论的视角来窥测模具方向实践教学优化设计的基本理论问题,拟建立以模具生产全过程为对象、以"3+1"为方向的三维立体教学模式。该模式对学生进行实践教育教学的改革与探索,以期提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,使其在实践过程中及早地接触生产、认识社会,从而起到培养学生创新能力、提高学生综合素质的作用,最终使学生成为具有设计、分析和加工综合能力的创新型模具工程师。初步实践充分证明该改革对人才的培养和专业的发展具有积极意义。
According to the actual situation of applied undergraduate colleges, basic theory of design teaching practice from optimization theory about the die looked into, three -dimensional teaching mode of objected to the whole production process and directed to the“ 3 + 1 ”model was established the as the object. In the model reform and practice education for students was carried on, in order to improve the students' ability to analyze and solve problems, and make them practice early contact practice of die and mould, understanding of the community, so as to cultivate students' innovation ability, improving students' comprehensive quality, and ulti- mately enable students to become innovative tooling engineer has design, analysis and processing of the comprehensive ability. The preliminary practice proved has positive significance of the reform on talent training and professional develooment.
