Government Purchases of Trade Union under the Background of Social Services

当前各级工会认真贯彻落实中央关于加强和创新社会管理的重要部署,依法代表职工和维护职工合法权益,推动构建和谐劳动关系,切实维护职工队伍稳定,为进一步提升工会参与社会管理工作水平奠定了良好基础。2013年9月30日,国务院公布了《关于政府向社会力量购买服务的指导意见》,面对社会管理和服务新形势,工会应积极探索工会工作的创新及社会管理和社会服务之间的途径。

Current trade unions at all levels conscientiously implement the central importance deployed on strengthening social management and innovation. They safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers according to the law on behalf of workers and promote harmonious labor relations, and earnestly safeguard the stability of the workforce. It enhances the level and makes good foundation of union participation in social management.
