近年来,西城区各级工会组织深入推行服务职工工作体系建设,积极探索依托工会三级服务体系平台,推进工会"全响应"网格化社会治理和公共服务创新,初步形成了组织体系完整、职能定位清晰、方式方法科学、资源高效利用的服务职工工作体系。

In recent years, Xicheng union organizations at all levels implement the service of employees work in depth system and actively explore union ＂full response＂ grid social governance and public service innovation relying on three service system platform of trade unions. Thus it initially formed a complete service working system that has organizational system, clear positioning functions, ways and means of science and resource efficient utilization.
