风冷式空调系统过冷装置浅析

Discussion on the Subcooler of Air-cooled Air-conditioning System

目前的风冷式空调机组设计冷量越来越往大,配管越来越长,需要室外机出口处制冷剂有足够的过冷度来平衡管路等造成的损失。但是风冷冷凝器过冷能力有限,通常会添加过冷装置进行平衡。本文对过冷装置的原理等进行简单介绍和分析。

In current stage, the cooling capacity of aircooled airconditioning unit is greater and greater, and the length of connecting pipe is longer and longer. Therefore, this system requires adequate refrigerating fluid in the entry of outdoor unit to balance the pressure loss. However, the undercooling of the aircooled condenser is limited. In this way, the subcooler is used in the air cooling system. This paper analyzes the working principle of this subcooler.
