本文对"产业政策与创新"两岸学术研讨会的主要观点进行了总结。来自中国社会科学院、中国台湾工业技术研究院等研究机构的专家学者围绕技术创新、产业升级、产业结构调整、产业政策安排、新工业革命、新兴技术产业化、知识产权保护、公共科研机构与地区经济发展等问题进行了深入探讨。会议反映了两岸学者有关技术创新和产业发展的最新思考与研究,形成了诸多建设性的产业政策建议。

This article summarizes the main points of the China Mainland ＆ Taiwan Symposium on Industry Policy and Innovation. The scholars, from Industrial Technical Institute in Taiwan, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and other academic institutes, discussed actively around such topics as technological innovation, industry upgrading, industry structure adjustment, industry policy arrangements, new industry revolution, commercialization of emerging technologies, IPPs protection and regional economic development, which reflects the newest thinking and studies by Chinese scholars, and also produces many constructive policy recommendations.
