价值的本质决定了人的需要,这是最根本的价值评价标准,多维的需要之间可能存在着矛盾和冲突。要进行科学评价,就要正确处理好个体标准与社会标准、历史标准与道德标准、动机标准与效果标准的关系。既要承认个人需要的独特性与它作为个体标准的不可取代性,又要把握评价客体社会价值的社会标准。坚持历史标准优先的同时,把握道德标准的独立价值和不可替代性。反对单纯的动机论和效果论,坚持联系动机看效果,透过效果看动机的实践论。

The essence of value determines that the human needs is the most fundamental value of the evaluation criteria. There may exist the contradiction and the conflict between the multi-- dimensional needs. To carry out scientific evaluation, we should correctly handle the relationship between individual standard and social standard, historical standard and moral standard, motivation standard and effect standard. We must recognize the unique needs of individual and the individual standard cannot be replaced, as well as grasping the object of evaluation of social value and social standard. We must stick to the priority of historical standard, grasp the independent value of the moral standard. We must oppose the simple theory of motive and effect, adhere to connect the motivation with the effect and check the effect on practice through motivation.
