虚拟学习社区在线求助行为的影响因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 虚拟学习社区是获取课外学业帮助的重要支撑平台,是有效缓解我国教育资源短缺现状的一种重要补充手段。为探究虚拟学习社区中刺激或抑制用户采纳在线求助行为的影响因素,文章以效价理论为研究视角,结合依恋理论构建了行为研究模型,以8所高校50多个研究团队的在校研究生为测评对象,采用问卷法展开调查并进行数据分析。结果显示依恋焦虑、依恋规避、感知风险以及感知收益均显著地影响求助行为的采纳意图。为更好地激发虚拟社区求助行为,功能简洁且符合人们求助习惯的流程设计、私密性和安全性更好的功能设计以及引导性的奖励设计都应受到重视。
