右归胶囊对肾阳虚不育模型大鼠生殖功能影响的实验研究

Influence of Yougui capsule on Kidney-Yang deficiency infertility rats' reproductive function

目的观察右归胶囊对腺嘌呤致肾阳虚不育模型大鼠生殖功能的影响。方法以腺嘌呤灌胃SD大鼠,诱发肾阳虚不育模型,观察右归胶囊给药后实验动物睾丸、附睾、前列腺+精囊腺重量及睾丸曲细精管形态、曲细精管内各级生精细胞的数目和间质细胞的数目,各项指标皆与大鼠生殖功能有密切的关系。结果右归组大鼠左侧睾丸、右侧睾丸,左侧附睾、右侧附睾,前列腺+精囊重量均低于正常组大鼠但高于模型组大鼠,差异有统计学意义。电镜下观察右归组大鼠睾丸病理切片,发现曲细精管萎缩较模型组明显减轻,各级生精细胞及间质细胞数量较模型组明显增多。结论右归胶囊可提高腺嘌呤致肾阳虚不育模型大鼠生殖器官的重量,减轻腺嘌呤对睾丸曲细精管及各级生精细胞的损伤作用,对肾阳虚不育模型大鼠生殖功能具有保护作用。

Objective To discuss the influence of Yougui capsule on Kidney-Yang deficiency in-fertility rats＇reproductive function .Methods The Kidney-Yang deficiency infertility model was estab-lished by feeding adenine .And the influence of Yougui capsule on the rats＇reproductive function was ob-served through the weight of reproductive organs and testis Microstructure .Results In the Yougui capsulegroup, the weight of reproductive organs were higher than the the model group ,but lower than the normalgroup.It could also improve the morphological changes of the tissue .In the Yougui capsule group, spermatogeniccells and mesenchymal cells are more than the model group .Its convoluted tubule morphology isalso better than the the model group.Conclusion Yougui capsule can improve the model group rats＇weightof testis,epididymis,prostate,seminal vesicles.In addition , Yougui capsule can cut down the damage of adenine on spermatogenic cells and mesenchymal .So,we think that it can improve the model group rats＇reproductivefunction.
